Behavioral and Emotional Rating Scale-2 is based on strength-based assessment with three rating scales which include Youth Rating Scale, Parent Rating Scale and Teacher Rating Scale to assess behavioral and emotional strengths and if they have behavioral and emotional problems. This research was studied in a Chinese primary school with the original BERS-2 questionnaires translated into Chinese. The translated BERS-2 questionnaires were distributed and after the data was collected, the result was analyzed in SPSS. Aggression during childhood rarely occurs in isolation and is correlated with other symptoms of childhood psychopathology. Studies of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic have shown that this health emergency has affected especially young people. Supporting the well-being of children is thus particularly urgent. However, the high prevalence of ill-being among children requires novel approaches to providing help. Health care resources are limited, and many children did not receive support even before the pandemic. AbstractTriggering factors play an important role in the development of psychological disorders. Practicing psychotherapists have valuable knowledge on psychological disorders and since their views on triggering factors have not been reported in the literature, triggers were addressed in this study from psychotherapists’ perspectives.
